Thank you for your continued support...

Well, back to work and back to normal. I will continue to work for the Grand Island community as I have always done because it is what I love to do. Congratulations to Councilwoman Mary Cooke and Ray Billica. I wish them luck and success in their endeavors for the Grand Island people. And for those who voted for me, thank you.

I would also like to thank my committee for their dedication and endless efforts for my campaign. Although we did not succeed, I consider myself a winner just being associated with such wonderful, kind and gifted people. Most importantly I want to thank my family. The family of the candidate are the ones that feel the joys and disappointment as much if not more than the candidate himself. I want to thank my wife, Cindy for her support. This was her first campaign and she was a real trooper. She stuffed, phoned, wrote and walked right a long side of me all the way and I cannot thank her enough for all her hard work. My, son Eric was right there too, young and enthusiastic and helpful, always believing in his dad, I can not be more proud of him.

Lastly, I want to thank my lovely sister and campaign manager, Bev Kinney. She always gives it her best and I am lucky to have her in my corner.
